Robbie Crosses the Line

Great North Run 2019

On 8th September 2019, Robbie Cross completed the Great North Run in a fantastic 1 hour 54 minutes, beating his personal best by 26 minutes –  What an achievement!

It has been wonderful to have Robbie run for Inter Care again this year and his determination to raise lots of awareness and money has been incredible.

He said “I’m absolutely delighted to have finished my 3rd Great North Run in support of Inter Care. This year I put the pressure on myself both in terms of how fast I could run and also how much I could raise”.

Robbie raised a whopping £420 which will go towards the vital work of Inter Care and help send the Medical Aid to Africa.

Claudia Coxon, Community and Events Fundraiser of Inter Care said, “Congratulations Robbie and thank you for your support.  It is events such as these that really do support African lives.  We are very grateful”.

The Charity are continuing to grow their network of supporters and promote the vital work they do, all in aid to save more African lives.  Inter Care hope that next year, they will have several runners in the Great North Run and other Marathon Events.

Together, we can make a difference.
