This Christmas, double your impact so we can ensure we never have to find out.
Many of the patients that attend rural health clinics in sub-Saharan Africa are from challengingly poor back grounds. They have to walk large distances on marram roads to reach medical help. When they arrive, the clinic may not be able to help them due to poor facilities and lack of medicines and equipment. When clinics can offer health care treatments and medicines, the cost can be extortionate for the patient which can result in a difficult choice between purchasing medication or feeding their family.
Thankfully, the clinics that Inter Care supports, see a different end to this story.
An end where patients arrive to a fully stocked health centre. Where the staff have lab equipment, diagnostic tools, medicines and dressings to help all patients that make the journey to see them.
As well as this, all this treatment is given for free, so beneficiaries never have to choose between treatment and feeding their families.
By giving this Christmas, you help ensure healthcare workers have the medicines, equipment, and supplies they need to provide free, life-saving care.
Double your Donation!
This Christmas, Inter Care invites you to make a life-changing difference for vulnerable patients across sub-Saharan Africa – and for just 10 days only, your donation will be doubled!
Thanks to pledges from our generous key supporters, every pound you give during our Match-Funding period (28 Nov – 8 Dec) will go twice as far.
This means twice the medicines, twice the care, and twice the hope...
Luca’s Journey to Recovery
When little Luca was brought to St. Martin de Porres Orphanage in Tanzania, he was critically unwell. Malaria, severe malnutrition, and early neglect had taken their toll. He needed immediate treatment, treatment that simply wouldn’t have been available without the medicines supplied by Inter Care.
With antibiotics, malaria medication, pain relief, and ongoing care, Luca began to grow stronger. Today, he is learning, playing, and smiling again.
Stories like Luca’s remind us why this work matters, and why your support is so important.
